These are the things we genuinely do not know. Not a backlog, and not a confession - if you have spent time inside the health system, some of these are probably obvious to you and have been holding us up for months.

You do not need a full answer. A partial one, a paper we should have read, or a reason the question is wrong to begin with are all worth more than silence. How to answer one.
